Felicity Chocolate Set

Yes, they are coming out with a new Tea Set. I think you are right that they might replace the Chocolate Set with the new Tea Set. The new Tea Set is Pink. I think I saw it at Elizabeth's Debut.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but AGPC didn't have any in when I was there in the middle of August, and AGPNY didn't have any in this weekend. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to call, though, and see if they have any in a storeroom because I just looked on the shelves. The new pink teaset is cute but I can't see how they could retire the chocolate set...I mean, Samantha has two winter coats, right? [img]wink.gif[/img]

Wow, now I'm really glad I got the Chocolate set. I can't believe how many times over the years I've had the set in my shopping basket but took it back out again.

I find it strange that they're retiring the chocolate set but NOT the original party treats. I thought the new pink tea set had its own accompanying party treats to go along with it?

I'm not complaining; I really hope they keep both the original sets and the new ones. I just think it's kinda weird.

I'm not positive, but I believe the outlet is in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

LOL, well I knew it was in Wisconsin and so living in southeast Michigan makes it a little impossible to get there, so Im not really sure why I bothered to ask. But is anyone possibly willing to take me up on my inconvient favor? Espcially if you KNOW the outlet will have it. I am kicking myself so hard right now for not getting it earlier. I would pay you not just for the item and shipping, but for the gas money to drive there!! LOL

I"m one of the board members that stops in at the outlet regularly (my DS and oldest DD are students at UW Oshkosh). I will give them a call tomorrow morning to see if they still have any left.

I don't know if they will be retiring the chocolate set or not-we keep getting conficting stories from AG-but as I posted in June, they were selling this set, as well as Felicity's party treats and tea set at the warehouse sale. They were also selling them at discounted prices, which is never a good sign. I don't understand why they would be expanding Felicity's line and bringing back items out of retirement, only to retire current items, but this is AG we're talking about. They don't always make reasonable decisions, so if you feel that you cannot live without the party treats or her original tea set, it might be a good time to get them while they are availble for sure. JMO.

I'll let you know tomorrow what they sale at the outlet.
